Week 3 - Managing Stress Undercurrents, Overeating, Binges, & Other Buffering Activities
This video examines how we can push back on the unconsious habit of turning to food when we aren't physically hungry. We look at how stress can be an undercurrent of this habit and how we can rewire it. When we understand our patterns more deeply, we can become masters of our own behaviour.
