Holiday Stress + Weight Gain

With just two months remaining in this year, attention is about to turn to:

Post-election what nows?

Holiday preparations and travel

Year-end gatherings and celebrations

The question is, where will your health routines fit into it all and how will they stand up to the stress of it?
If you’re anything like the typical American, the outcome will be not so positive. (Making new year resolutions ever-green. )
That’s why I’m offering a simple 4-week November invitation to be more aware and intentional with taming stress and cultivating a grateful outlook.
My Get (and Stay) Started Cultivate Gratitude and Embrace Calm November program couldn’t come at a better time.

When we are more mindful with our daily essential health habits such as:

Filling our plates with real food

Prioritizing exercise (and not just counting steps or being busy)

Prioritizing rest (at least 7 hours nightly)

Staying well-hydrated

Minimizing alcohol, added sugar, white flour

Then we can feel less stressed, more energized every day and age with more vitality. We can avoid the typical 4-5 pounds that most people add to their waistlines at the end of the year and try in frustration to shed in the new year.
